Gail invites a willing Naomi to move in with her. The police inform Suffocate that Naomi has laid a charge of intimidation against him. Tshidi continues to keep William a secret from Maidi. Fats introduces his mother to Gogo Martha as her new assistant, insulting both ladies in the process.

The kitchen wars between Caroline and Gogo Martha escalate to the point that Fats has to lay down the rules. Naomi wants Suffocate killed. Gail crosses a line with Naomi and wishes she hadn’t.

Maidi tries to convince Tshidi that she’s only with William out of guilt. There’s an attempt to kill Suffocate.

Suffocate realises a hit has been put out on him. Things get very awkward when Gail tries to kiss Naomi. Maidi unexpectedly pitches up at the Khuse backyard and Tshidi is forced to introduce him to William.

Tshidi can’t handle the pressure of lying to William about Maidi. Caroline promises Mamokete and Rose unlimited free food to make up for the money she owes them. Naomi uses Gail to get Suffocate out onto the balcony.

Naomi tells David that he has a son and heir with Gail, and then threatens him. Reneilwe decides to tell William about Maidi’s proposal to Tshidi. Mampho is up to something and she’s not telling Reneilwe.

Miles tells Lucilla that the auction could be an opportunity for them to gain joint control of Redemption, but Lucilla is reluctant to step down as CEO. The police get a tip-off about William and head to the Khuse’s to arrest him.
Mampho tells Reneilwe that she has a boyfriend. S’bu and Lola continue their flirtation and preparation for the flairing competition.

The lawyer tells Tshidi and William that if William wants to live a normal life, he must hand himself in to the police. Mampho confesses that she does not know how to kiss and asks Reneilwe to help her. Naomi taunts David about killing his child.

Reneilwe wants to meet Mampho’s new boyfriend, especially after Mampho gets a shimmering bracelet as a gift, but she’s in for a shock. Miles and Lucilla clash over running Redemption together and Miles goes to David for help. Tshidi agrees to marry Maidi.

Reneilwe is worried about Mampho dating Jabu, and seeks Puleng’s advice. S’bu is developing a relationship with Lola. Miles and David are officially in league against Lucilla.
