1. Bad breath

What’s worse than discovering you have a bad breath is someone else telling you about it. Bad breath can be caused by dry mouth, smelly foods and some medication including the one you use to treat high blood pressure and depression. Drink a lot of water, brush your teeth twice a day and eat more fruits.

2. Constipation

The causes might be inadequate fluids or exercise, stress or some types of medication. Drink coffee, it helps and try to exercise at least 30minutes a day. A high-fibre diet also helps prevent constipation.

3. Smelly feet

Smelly feet can be caused by tight footwear, wearing socks or shoes made of a certain material. Wear cotton socks, change shoes when wet and apply an underarm antiperspirant on feet.

4. Body odor

Can be caused by obesity, genetics, eating certain foods that seep through the skin during sweating avoiding soap and water. Bathing with hot water dries your skin and can cause body odor. Bath at least twice a day and use baby powder and baking soda for gentle but effective protection.

5. Flatulence

Cause by swallowing air when you smoke, eating dairy, beans and drinks that are high in sugar. Use of antibiotics and other medication. Eat more slowly and avoid excessive consumption of problem foods and sugary products.

6. Urinary Incontinence

In women weakened pelvic muscles often cause by giving birth and in men urinary tract infection and obesity. Avoid caffeine, smoking and spicy foods.
