60 of our world’s best young talents, (age between 23 and 33) will be invited to participate. They explicitly strive to have a diverse group of participants. Participants may come from both the commercial and civil sector or work for an NGO or social enterprise. They also welcome students and graduates. Only one criterion counts: leadership talent.

The participants will take part in a unique and demanding three-day programme. They will be challenged to share their vision and work, to excel in debate and dialogue, to inspire with speeches and to show team spirit. On occasion they will be allowed to lean back and listen to world-class speakers, after which they will sink their teeth into a Global Challenge.
