Rapper Rick Ross Arrested For Kidnapping

Rapper Rick Ross and his bodyguard Nadrian James were arrested today morning at his home in Atlanta.

The rapper and his bodyguard were charged with aggravated battery and kidnapping. Ross was also charged with aggravated assault in addition. The police confirmed that the 39 year old rapper got into an altercation with someone on his property and he allegedly pistol whipped him. The matter is still under investigation.

Reports say Rick Ross and James will be held at the Fayate County Jail for an initial appearance and bond hearing.

This is not the first time the rapper has brushed off with the law, two weeks ago he was arrested for marijuana possession. In 2008 and 2011 he was also arrested for marijuana related charges as well.
