50 Cent Has Filed For Bankruptcy

As we speak chances are you’re probably richer than 50 Cent, the rapper has filed for bankruptcy! This comes after a sex tape lawsuit that saw him losing $5 million to Lavonia Leviston who claims 50 Cent leaked a sex tape of her and another man.

The 40 year old rapper filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Connecticut. Curtis Jackson aka 50 Cent says his assets are valued between $10 million and $50 million but his liabilities are also between the same range.

50’s attorney  William A. Brewer III put out a statement saying the filing for personal bankruptcy protection is to permits 50 Cent to continue his involvement with various business interests and continue his work as an entertainer, while he pursues an orderly reorganization of his financial affairs.

The show must go on for the rapper who posted some photos on his Instagram account whilst living it up with the likes of Chris Brown.
