2 Zimbabwean Soccer Players Listed In SA PSL’s Top 10 Most Valuable Players List

It’s not going to be long until Zimbabwean soccer players dominate the South African Premier League, if they don’t already.

Soccer Laduma recently published an article with the Most Valued Players In the South African Premier Soccer League and two of our very own boys made it on the list.

Khama Billiat takes the second spot of the most valued player only coming after South African Bernard Parker. His market value is R13.3 Million. Billiat beats fan favorites Itumeleng Khune and Simpiwe Tshabalala. The difference in market value between him and the most valued player is R700 000.

The other Zimbabwean to join Billiat on the list is Nyasha Mushekwi who comes in at number seven. His market value currently sits at R11.2 Million. Mushekwi is more valuable than South Africa’s Bongani Khumalo, Jeremy Brookie and Oupa Manyisa who rounds off the list.

There is a R2.1 Million gap in market value between Billiat and Mushekwi. Did you expect that, in your opinion is Billiat a more valuable player than Mushekwi?

We are proud to see the Zimbabwean youth lifting our flag high. Now if only it could positively affect our country on the FIFA rankings which just came out and Zimbabwe not moving at number 108.
