Buffalo Souljah Slams Music Channels For Celebrating American Artists And Not Their Own African Artists

Zimbabwean born dancehall artist Buffalo Souljah has slammed music channels for celebrating International artists and not celebrating African artists. He called it “AfricanSelfHate”.

Buffalo Souljah went on a twitter rant making his feelings known to his almost sixty thousand followers. “Was My Birthday on the 16th of Sept not even happy belated they was no birthday special on these Channels No birthday Wish”, he tweeted.

The more than five time Channel O Award winner said it’s an illness of self hate that Africans have on themselves. “we are the problem to ourself give us a little power we start dictate”, he said.

“Rather have international artist birthday specials in Africa like American TV will ever celebrate African Artist birthdays#AfricanSelfHate”, he ranted. 

It seems the Ask Jolomi singer hasn’t lost hope as he ended his rant saying change will come.
