Dynamos eliminate Chibuku reigning champions

Reigning champions FC Platinum were sent packing from this years edition of the Chibuku Super Cup following a 7-6 penalty shootout defeat at the hands of Dynamos. The encounter was deadlocked at nil all after regulation time and had to be settled by a penalty shootout where the glamour boys prevailed to progress to the last four.

While Dynamos are celebrating it will be a long journey back to Zvishavane for Kugona kunenge kudada who had humbled dembare with a 3 -1 league victory last weekend.

In another quarterfinal encounter ZPC Kariba swept to a 3 nil win over How Mine. Raphael Manuvire bagged a brace with the other coming from Protasho Kabwe.
