Responsibilities:
-respond to customer queries
-obtain customer information through data capturing
-maintain a customer database and contact business and individuals by phone
-carry out market research through multiple channels
-structure and facilitate Go to Market Plans and marketing campaigns
-assist marketing managers with documentation concerning marketing strategies
Requirements:
-a degree in Sales & Marketing (or equivalent advanced qualification) or field in a relevant discipline
-the required candidate must be seeking attachment or be more than 2 years out of University
-no professional experience is required but is an added advantage
-ability to speak Shona/Ndebele fluently or both an added advantage
