Trouble seems to be following Dancehall artist Souljah Love everywhere he goes. The latest reports claim that the much loved and talented artist and his crew caused a scene at last week’s Zimdancehall Summer Festival which took place at Mucheke stadium.
One of the event organizers confirmed the incidents saying there were incidents of violence but the police quickly cooled things off. Souljah Love’s entourage reportedly sparked violence a couple of times at the show where they were manhandling fans who tried to get close to the star.
Souljah Love himself reportedly also ran riot in Mutare attacking fans with a golf stick and fighting fellow enchanters.
Ndale, the event organizer however confirmed that the show was great and it attracted a number of new promoters to Masvingo who were impressed by the response that the show got.
It seems like Souljah Love’s bad reputation is overshadowing his talent. From not showing up for gigs sometimes, getting to concerts late and instigating violence, he’s becoming more famous for all the wrong reasons.
