M&E Intern: Bekezela Home Based Care
Job description:
-under direction of the M & E Officer do data entry for all programs
-perform a variety of functions involved in data collection and quality assessment, assist in the compilation of reports SCOPE: The M&E Intern ensures that data is accurately entered into the data base,files and maintains source documents, documents most significant change stories, assist in the compilation of reports.
Key Duties and responsibilities:
-Examples of key duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature.
-Enter data into the database
-Systematically file and maintain source documents for programs
-Assist in the compilation of M & E reports
-Carry out any other tasks delegated to him/her.
Ability to:
-Enter data into the database
-File and maintain source documents work under the supervision of the M & E Office supervision
-Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
-Maintain cooperative working relationships
-Demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for a diverse population
Knowledge of:
-Preparation of databases for program participants and beneficiaries
-Preferred additional knowledge
-Participatory methodologies
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: degree in social sciences, no experience needed
