Show interests in them by asking them personal questions relating to the job and company. Ask them how long have they worked for this company and make sure you tell her how it’s a pleasure to meet and that you’re excited about the job opportunity.
3. Level their energy
After a few minutes, you should be able to get a good read of your interviewer’s energy. You can notice the speed at which they talk. Take note if they have a slow and pensive tempo in their speech, or a much faster and energetic patter. Match them as best you can, this brings resonance between people they will feel more in alignment.
