Opportunity For Zimbabwean Youth: Supply Chain Interns (3)

Responsibilities:

  • Initiating and processing purchase orders
  • Service orders, processing orders and facilitating payments
  • Understanding negative stocks and how to resolve them
  • Understanding of costs allocations and how these affect user domains
  • Conducting spot audits of stock
  • Receipting stock and assessing their impact on the stock ledger
  • Dispatching of goods
  • Generating stock count reports using Lawson and reconciling stock
  • Developing policy on stock counts around ABCD and XYZ analysis
  • Come up with recommendations on how to improve current systems or mode of operation
  • Issuing fuel to individuals and sites
  • Creating RQ’s for vehicle service and repairs using Lawson
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders in preparation for payment
  • Navigating and tracking vehicles using Ezytrack satellite system and producing various reports
  • Registering, licensing and insuring vehicle maintaining all necessary documents
  • Monitoring adherence to the vehicle policy guidelines

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be studying towards a degree in Supply Chain Management or related
  • Willingness to work after normal working hours
  • No experience needed
