Brief description:

The Vice-Chancellor’s scholarships aim to fully support 10 students from low income countries and who have already applied to study a qualifying full-time masters degrees starting in 2016/2017.

Level/Fields of study:

Full-time taught masters course at one of UAL’s six Colleges starting in the academic year of 2016/17.  The course must offer either an MA, MDes, MFA, MRes or MSc qualification. Read the list of qualifying courses.

Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert), Graduate Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma, M ARCH, MBA, distance learning, blended learning and online courses do not qualify.

Scholarship value/inclusions:

The scholarship amount is £25,000.

Eligibility:

You must have applied to study a full-time taught masters course at one of UAL’s six Colleges starting in the academic year of 2016/17.

You must be ordinarily resident in one of the low income countries detailed at the official website. In your application you’ll be asked to evidence with documentation that you are ordinarily resident in a qualifying country.

Acceptance of the scholarship offer is on the condition that you will return to your home country on completion of your postgraduate Masters course.

Application instructions:

The first step to applying for the scholarship is to register your interest by completing an online form found at the official website.  The University will then send you full details about how to apply and the supporting evidence you’ll need to send to them to confirm your eligibility.

The completed UAL Vice-Chancellor’s Postgraduate Scholarship application form and supporting evidence must be submitted by 4pm BST on Wednesday, 1 June 2016.
