Tafadzwa Mushunje & Child NOT HIV Positive, Model NOT Guilty
24 year old model Tafadzwa Mushunje is a free woman! Tafadzwa’s life took a spin when her boyfriend’s ex accused her of injecting their two year old son with infected blood and making him drink his urine.
Only now to find out it was all lies. Tafadzwa was arrested after Sihle Tracy Harry, her boyfriend’s ex and mother of the child reported her to the police saying the child had come back to her with bruises which were reportedly not evident at time of arrest.
The Prosecutor General’s Office withdrew all charges against Tafadzwa following the release of medical tests which revealed the model and her boyfriend’s son were both HIV Negative.
The state could not sustain charges against the model. Although Tafadzwa is free from the criminal charges laid against her, there’s still emotional damage done that may take her time to recover from, not forgetting the humiliation she faced.
Top Harare lawyer, Jonathan Samkange told a local publication that now that all charges against her have been dropped, the model can sue the toddler’s mom for the malicious attacks so as to restore her name that has been tarnished.
