Greatman bullied online for taking a bride

Sungura musician Greatman had to brush off negative comments from people after being lambasted for taking a bride. The singer, who is wheelchair bound and has difficulties in speaking clearly married his sweetheart Silibaziso Masara recently. His new bride has been accused of having ulterior motives. She has been labelled a gold digger who is merely in it for the singer’s money.

Greatman said their union was borne out of love and that the couple will turn a blind eye to all the negative comments. Some even went as far as querring whether the singer will be able to perform his bedroom duties to which he responded,”I want to be clear on one thing, my condition does not make me useless,…I’ve seen that some are investigating my sexual issues which I find very disturbing and unnecessary”. He further remarked that he did not owe anyone an explanation.

Greatman, real name Tongai Gwaze, rose to stardom after being noticed by Sulumani Chimbetu. He then broke onto the musical scene with hit after hit. Most people were amazed at his musical abilities.
