Zimbabweans React to Simba Chikore’s Appointment as AirZim COO

Zimbabweans have reacted to Simba Chikore’s appointment as AirZim Coo who is married to President Mugabe’s daughter Bona, claiming that President was building a family dynasty.

Obert Gutu, MDC-T information and publicity secretary reportedly said that the appointment of Simba Chikore as the Chief Operations Officer at Air Zimbabwe (Private) Limited is a very sad and tragic development for the country.

”We appointed him in his own right as Simba Chikore, remember he is a Zimbabwean entitled to take up any job as long as those offering it are satisfied that he is the best person. Remember in any society there are relations that should not distract us from appointing competent people,” Transport and infrastructural development Minister Dr Joram  Gumbo went on to defend the allegations.
