Stunner has six albums under his belt and hit singles as well as features. Think of ‘Dhafu korera’, ‘Godo’ and ‘Tavaunganidza’ just to name a few. As a pioneer of urban music for this generation, Stunner has been nominated locally and abroad for awards in the hip hop category. Now when you can still make music for almost two decades…that’s relevance.

3. Drama, drama, drama

Stunner has an interesting relationship with drama. Be it a run in with the law, his relationships or even statements he publicly shares. In a country where celebrity culture isn’t as much of a big deal as other spaces, Stunner is the ideal celeb to follow. To be honest media and fans alike love celebrities who can dish out something for them to talk about. And as Lange West said, ‘ If people aren’t talking about you then you are not relevant.’

5. He’s just Stunner

Where would Zimbabwean entertainment be without Stunner? His swag and personality have maintained his career and brand all these years.

A happy birthday to Stunner a.k.a Da Des, a.k.a Mr Tazoita Cash.
