Tinopona Katsande Stars In New Drama Series

Adapted from the Thusday ladies meetings ‘Kuchina chemadzimai’, the show will be tackling issues affecting women on a day to day basis.

Tinopona affectionately known as Tin Tin is amongst a cast of prominent Zimbabwean actresses. The cast includes Delma Chiwereva, Sarah Takawira and Ashley Masendeke.

The storyline follows of four independent Zimbabwean women who meet up to share their daily struggles, as well as bonding in a sisterhood.

Tin Tin plays Getty, Ashley is Pamela, Delma plays Vimbai and Sarah plays Lear.

‘KuChina The Genesis’ is written and produced by the renowned Bless Gatsi who has worked on music videos for Trevor Dongo, Cynthia Mare and Tocky Vibes.

The show premiered on local broadcaster ZTV on Sunday night and seems to be receiving positive views so far. The show will be showing every Sunday during primetime hours.

After watching Tin Tin feature in the ‘Mukoko’music video, she reminded most of us why she should come back on our screens. Award winning actress Delma Chiwereva is known for her very convincing acting. We can’t wait to watch what the whole cast will dish out.
