1. Tall people are less at risk of type 2 diabetes. According to a study, tall people are more sensitive to insulin and have lower fat content in their liver, which may explain their lowered risk for diabetes.

2. Tall people have higher risk of cancer because they have larger organs which create more room for metastasis.

3. Short people have a lower likelihood of blood clots because the blood has to be pumped a longer distance in taller folks, which could reduce flow and increase risk for a stroke-causing clot.

4. Short women have riskier pregnancies as they are likely to develop to develop gestational diabetes. There’s also an increased risk of having a shorter pregnancy and preterm birth.

5. Average size or tall women who are expecting have a reduced risk for a C-section.
