Selmor Takes Hangasa To The UK

Almost a month after releasing her single, ‘Hangasa’, Selmor Mtukudzi will be taking her music to the UK. She will be joined by husband Tendai Manatsa to perform at the Jive Festival among other events.

The festival is scheduled to start on Saturday. Fellow Zimbabweans Clive Chigubhu and Samantha “Gonyeti” Kureya will be joining the two and supported by UK-based artistes.

The video for ‘Hangasa’ is already playing on Channel O and Selmor is aiming to promote the single in the UK. She also wants to attract promoters and renowned musicians to buy in Zimbabwean music.

Macdonald ‘Macdee’ Chidavaenzi will also be travelling to the UK. Macdee produced the single whose video hit 40k views on YouTube. The video features Tendai, Macdee and Hwamanda Dance Troupe.
