1. Shower and Moisturize

After a day in the sun either swimming or just basking in the sun, you need to take a shower get rid of dirt, salt or chlorine. Afterwards it’s important to moisturize with a non-oily lotion with SPF.

2. Moisturize Your Feet

Summer is a great excuse for sandals and flip flops. Your feet need that perfect pedicure through exfoliation and moisturizing.

3. Don’t Let Your Hair Frizz Out

Weather you have gone swimming in a pool or by the beach, the water will damage your hair or cause it to frizz out. Apply conditioner prior to taking a dip and wash hair afterwards followed by deep conditioning.

4. Take Gentle Care of Your Face

Wear a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen when going outdoors. At the end of the day indulge in your daily skincare routine making sure that you cleanse and moisturize.

5. Soothe Your Lips

Lips can easily sunburn, hence keep a lip balm close to you. Remove flakes off your lips by gently brushing using an old toothbrush. Apply Vaseline which will help sooth and soften your lips.

6. Rehydrate 

Now more than ever you must be kind to your body and rehydrate. Make sure that you drink as much water as you can.
