Danai Gurira Promises A Better Walking Dead Season

US based Zimbabwean actress and playwright Danai Gurira has promised fans as different season of Walking Dead. Speaking to EW, Danai who plays Michonne on the show, shared that this season wont be as brutal as the previous one.

The last season was brutal as many fan favourites had violent experiences. 

Gurira said to EW, “It is a deeply different season premiere — deeply, deeply different and unpredictable and very, very rich in the story that’s being told and powerfully acted and all of that.”
The premiere of season 8 of The Walking Dead will also be the show’s landmark 100th episode.

The Walking Dead will premier season 8 on October 22 in the United States.
