Watch! SA Based Singer Crimson Blu On Kaya FM

There are number of South African based Zimbabwean artists that we all want to see win and one of them is Crimson Blu. The award winning singer songwriter, like many, has been making moves to grow in entertainment.

The singer shared her experience on popular South African radio station, Kaya FM. She was featured on the stations live session. Kayasette where she performed. She was then interviewed by hip-hop legend Proverb. She shared about her stage name, music and inspirations.

Real name, Tendai Dikinya, Crimson Blu is a multifaceted singer who has performed alongside many Zimbabwean and South African artists. She released her debut album ‘Tendai’ in 2016 which is eclectic in sound.

She shared in a post on her social media about how grateful she is for the opportunity to pursue music. She has a degree in marketing but music is her first love. She posted:

“So, Last week I was on #Kayasette kicking it with the hip-hop legend @proverbmusic .. I am so very grateful for each n every opportunity I am given to do what I love.. Many people ask me why, after Graduating with a degree in Marketing, I decided to pursue music instead.. honestly, my soul wouldn’t let me do anything else. The passion , joy and different forms of actualization that come from doing what you love for a living, can not be expressed in words. Thank you @kayafm95dot9 and your listeners for taking the time to listen and fall in love with my music..
