Avocado is loaded with vitamin B, C, and E as well as lutein and beta-carotene. It is a photochemical that brings down your eyes’ sensitivity towards light.

8. Eggs

The proteins found in eggs provide cellular regeneration process in your eyes.

9. Nuts

Nuts contain omega-3 fatty acids that keep your eyesight on track, however avoid eating roasted or processed nut.

10. Chocolates
