Prophet Magaya’s Accuser Drops Rape Case

Prophetic, Healing and Deliverance church leader Walter Magaya’s alleged rape case have been dropped by the woman who reportedly accused him of raping her claiming that she is receiving death threats from people who are  threatening her in the event she fails to get the man of cloth convicted.Prophet Magaya’s Accuser Drops Rape Case .

On the affidavit she wrote” I am living in fear and I don’t want to keep on living under threatening conditions. I have received threats from people who are threatening to shoot me in the event I don’t testify well against the accused for him to be convicted or if by any chance I decide to withdraw.”

She also added that she has come to the conclusion that this case is now beyond her and the investigating officer reportedly confirmed that she had indeed approached the police intending to withdraw the case.
