Zimdancehall songstress Ninja Lipsy has been busy after releasing an all-female track, ‘Kedhu Keke’. The track features other female Zimdancehall acts. The ladies include Juwela, Faceless and Lady Bee.
The track was released early November and was produced by Mt Zion Records. The dancehall track has African tribal elements. ‘Kedhu Keke’ takes its hook from a common child’s game. It is a track worth the dance floor for Zimdancehall fans whilst sounding different. Ninja Lipsy has been sharing pictures from behind-the-scenes of the music video shoot.
The ladies are dress in African print outfits by Juwela and is being shot in South Africa. Lipsy has indicated that there will be choreography in the music video. Winky D’s drummer, Delroy Scara Maripakwenda is the choreographer for the music video. The scenes seem to align with the wave of the track and hopefully the dancing will be just as good.
