Econet To Disconnect Cellphone Lines Not In Use
Econet Zimbabwe which also happens to be the largest network provider in the country is set to disconnect all cellphone lines that haven’t been used in six months starting on the 24th of this month.
Today they put out a statement saying, “Please be advised that all Econet lines that have not been in use for the past six (6) months will be disconnected from the network effective from the 24th of June 2015. To avoid disconnection we kindly request you to recharge your inactive Buddie line with airtime of any amount/value.”
People have been complaining lately about how expensive the billing has been, do you care at all that that Econet line you keep but never use will no longer be in use or you’re about go buy airtime
