Spoiler alert: Plot thickens in Uzalo as new cast members make their debut in Season 6.

Our favourite South African soapie Uzalo is spicing things up by adding some new cast members to its crew. Uzalo has become a household prime time soapie that most people love. As the plot thickens for Nkunzi to cement his power in the streets of KwaMashu, new forced are coming into play in the upcoming season 6 of the show. Thulane Shange will join Uzalo by playing a timid and suspicious Thulani, long lost son of Gxabashe. The young actor has previously showcased his acting skills on Mzansi Magic’s Is’thunzi. Fezile Makhanga will also join the vibrant cast of Uzalo. He will play the perfect gentleman. A savvy and smart businessman who will turn Sbu’s world upside down. He has previously starred in the Queen.Nombulele Mhlongo will also add her magical touch to the show.

Fans have been exressing excitement at the new additions. They are already pregnant with anxiety to see how things pan out on set. Speaking about the new additions Uzalo creative director Brenda Mukwevho remarked,”As always, we’re excited about the new talent joining the the cast and the three new faces joining the family are no exception”. We can’t wait to see the twists and plots in Uzalo season 6.

Uzalo is broadcast on SABC 1 every weekday at 8.30 pm. The show is mainly about rival gangs in KwaMashu, religious activism and family disintegration. The show has become a must see for most people and local people also love to indulge themselves by catching an episode daily.
