Not everybody is a morning person. At times one may feel that they aren’t making most of their day. Mornings are meant to set the pace for the day. However there are certain things that you shouldn’t do in the morning. By delaying certain activities you are able to have a fulfilled day. Here are five things you must never do in the morning.
1. Don’t hit the snooze button
As tempting as it is to get a little extra sleep, don’t hit the snooze button. Train your body and mind to wake up at the same time also as your alarm clock.
2. Don’t check your phone
Whatever you do, don’t check messages on your phone. Don’t even think about texting people in the morning.
3. Don’t drink coffee
Our bodies naturally produce a hormone called cortisol, which makes us feel more awake. Coffee early in the morning can interfere with our body’s cortisol production. This can left to dependency and at times cause headaches.
4. Never do your bed straight away
Our beds have dust mites and germs. By doing your bed straight after waking up. Wait until you open your windows and allowed air to circulate so that you can make your bed.
5. Never eat or drink food that’s not good for you
What you eat can affect you and your day. Avoid eating foods that will upset your stomach or make you feel sluggish. Eat cereal, milk, and juice for break.
