Zimbabwean producer Pip Kembo is taking the world music stage one track at a time. From within the continent to the shores of the United States of America, Zimbabweans are making award winning tracks. The award nominated producer has worked with music heavyweights on the international scene. His name is featured on several music productions. Pip has received recognition and praise from his countrymen.

1. Pip was born Phillip Kembo on 20 May 1991.

2. He learnt in Harare at Hartman House Primary and St. George’s High school.

3. During his school days Pip was part of the choir and marching band.

4. Pip was introduced to Fruit Loop studio at age 11 before starting to produce at 13.

5. He studied in the UK at Lancaster University.

6. He has a masters degree in Advanced Marketing Management.

7. When Pip moved to the USA he signed with Artist Publishing Group.

8. Pip is also friends and affiliated with Brian Soko and T Collar Sibanda.

9. Amongst the international acts that he has worked with include Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Sean Paul, Jason Derulo, Pitbull, J Balvin and Camilla Cabello.

10. He was nominated for a Grammy award for his contribution to the Fast and Furious franchise soundtrack. He also enlisted has a Latin Grammy and Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards nomination.
