Tendai Ndoro asks for more time at Pirates

Ndoro

The Zimbabwean joined from Mpumalanga Black Aces at the start of the season, but is yet to find the back of the net for his new club.

He started last night’s 1-0 Absa Premiership defeat to Bloemfontein Celtic, but was substituted after 65 minutes by Lehlohonolo Majoro.

“It is up to me to adjust, to settle down as soon as possible,” Ndoro says in the latest edition of KICK OFF magazine. “I am confident in my abilities and believe Pirates will provide me with the platform to score more goals this season.

“As a striker you always like to play for a team that creates chances. I like the system at Pirates, playing from defence through to the strike-force. I believe I will fit in and I hope to score many goals for the club.”

Pirates have three points from their three League matches so far, and are currently four points behind early pacesetters Mpumalanga Black Aces.
