Warriors gear up for Zambia

The Zimbabwe national soccer team will this coming Tuesday meet arch rivals Zambia, in a Southern African derby which promises to produce thrilling entertainment.

The Warriors left the country on Saturday with the blessings of acting president Emmerson Mnangagwa after a send off ceremony on Friday evening.

The Zim squad of local based players are now in Rwanda with the main focus being their opening group D encounter against Zambia. The Warriors have not had as much preparation as Zambia but Kalisto Pasuwa left the country confident his charges would come back with silverware after the warriors were eliminated in the semi-finals at the last edition.
