With the way that Patience Musa is so good on radio it’s easy to forget that she sings. The media personality had a moment and shared it on social media. She posted a photo of the late, great, Fortune Muparutsa.

For those who aren’t in the know, Patience Musa was part of a music collaborative. This group included Matthew Kaunda a.k.a Mateo, Willom Tight, Patience herself as well as Fortune Muparutsa. Tey sang hits such as ‘Pamuhacha’ and ‘Asambe Africa’.

Today I threw back and remembered this guy…Fortune Muparutsa. The man who I believe was one of the first to create our own soul and r & b sound… if only we had today’s cellphones then.
