Jah signal releases stonyeni video

Popular dancehall hitmaker Jah Signal has released the video to the song
Stonyeni. The much anticipated video features a bevy of beautiful ladies clad in swimwear and posing for the signer.

The lyrics to the song have stirred a lot of controversy with most people questioning the origin and meaning of the word Stonyeni. Jah Signal has earlier on maintained that stonyeni simply means unconditional love amid speculation that the word has sexual connotations.

However, in spite of having received such criticism, stonyeni has been a hit as evidenced by the airplay it has been accorded on radio stations, at parties and weddings. It can be safely concluded that it was one of Zimbabwe’s most loved songs in 2018.

Jah signal has been making history and breaking records with his dancehall vibes. His other song titled Sweetie, shinga muroora which stars popular comedian Mai Titi surpassed the two million mark views hardly two months after its release last year. This clearly illustrates how much people love his songs.

The hit song also took fourth position on the coca-cola top 50 video of the year awards and was named Star FM song of the year at the stations awards ceremony that was held in the capital. Jah Signal has in the past collaborated with the likes of Tocky vibes and Lindsay.

He started his musical journey in 2011 and has been a force to reckon with in the musical circles in Zimbabwe.
