Selmor Mutukudzi’s tough valentines day

Music maestro Selmor Mutukudzi has posted an image with the love of her life Tendai Manatsa during a period in which she is still mourning the death of her father Oliver Mutukudzi. Selmor took to instagram and posted a pic with her husband Tendai and said,”Difficult as it may be for us to celebrate this day, we still wish you all a Happy Valentine’s day”.

As couple’s celebrate valentines day across the globe, for Selmor it is yet another opportunity to celebrate love despite the day coming during a period of mourning and coming to terms with the loss of her father Oliver Mutukudzi.

Despite hailing from families renowned for musical prowess, Tendai and Selmor have withstood the test of time remaining level headed and committed to their relationship. Social media has often been the downfall of numerous marriages but Selmor believes paying close attention to various platforms is critical in safeguarding her marriage.

Tendai Manatsa’s father Zacks Manatsa is also a top Zimbabwean musician renowned for belting out popular tracks such as Makepekepe, Chipo Chiroorwa, Bambo Mwakwatila, Vaparidzi Vawanda.
