Enzo Ishall’s stock continues to rise

The reputation of Zim dancehall artist Enzo Ishall continues to rise with MTV Base Africa the latest television network to accept the Zimbabwean artists video kanjiva to be part of their playlist.

In order for a video to be authorised for airplay, one has to go through a gruesome process in order for a music video to be deemed to have met the standards of an international television network.

It appears Enzo Ishall’s team of videographers is efficiently fulfilling their tasks given kanjiva has been accepted to be part of the MTV Base playlist. The song which won the video of the year award on the Coca-Cola top 50 chart is also being aired on the popular Channel O as well as on Trace Africa.

Enzo Ishall took to instagram late on Thursday evening as he urged fans to send requests for the video Kanjiva which will now be played on Channel O, Trace Africa and MTV Base depending on then video’s popularity.

Previously Enzo Ishall was not able to penetrate into international television networks but of late the rising Zim dancehall artist has been able to do so. Analysts say Enzo Ishall has been able to penetrate into the top music networks by virtue of having collaborated with Buffalo Souljah who has strong ties at such institutions.

Buffalo Souljah and Enzo Ishall in December collaborated in a song titled Fear No Man which was shot in Mbare. The video is also part of the Channel O playlist together with 50 magate.
