Khama Billiat Tops The Most Expensive Transfers Of All Time In South African PSL

Blessings on blessings for 25 year old Khama Billiat, a few weeks after being named in the top ten most valued players in the S.A Premier League, he is now the most expensive SA PSL transfer of all time.
