Kim Jayde bags another award.

Zimbabwean model and television presenter who is based in South Africa, Kim Jayde was recently awarded with the Panache Woman of Wonder award at a glitzy ceremony in South Africa. The model and blogger, who also hosts her own show on Mtv was recognized for her hard work and commitment to the media industry.

Speaking about the award Kim stated,”It takes ten years of hard work to become an overnight success”. She said she lives by that quote. The Bulawayo born beauty made her debut into the entertainment world as a model. She,however , expanded her talent into television and recently she collaborated with Grade Africa on a limited edition tee design.This is aimed at promoting the women’s empowerment movement as well as to raise awareness on hate crimes perpetrated against women and girls.

The sneaker lover and bubbly Kim wore a gorgeous blue gown with a high slit for the event. She later on stated that she wore blue to signify royalty. Kim has previously won other awards such as the 2018 Woman in media award at the 5th annual Zimbabwe international women’s awards. Kim attributes her success to hard work and resilience. She has often claimed that it was not an easy road to the top as she had to live in friend’s houses when she failed to pay rentals when she was just starting out as a model.
