South African rapper Cassper Nyovest is headed for Zimbabwe for two gigs this September. The award-winning rapper makes a date with his fans in Bulawayo on September 15 at Large City Hall. He will then attend an event on the 16th in Harare. He will headline the Impala Car Rental 10th anniversary celebrations at Glamis Arena.
The musician returns to the country after performing at Shoko Festival in 2015 and has performed alongside the country’s biggest names. He also had sold-out shows in Harare and Bulawayo when he performed at Club 1+1 and Hartsfield Rugby respectively.
For his Bulawayo show local acts will include Cal-Vin, Freeman, Soul Jah Love and several other acts that include DJ Skaiva. In Harare the line-up will include Winky D, Jah Prayzah, Freeman and Soul Jah Love, rappers — Tehn Diamond, Junior Brown and T Gonz.
Cassper Nyovest has been riding on the success of his latest album ‘Thuto’, international recognition and endorsements.
