Buffalo Souljah , Shatta Wale beef escalates. Zimbabwe at war with Ghana.

What started off as a mere exchange of words between Zimbabwean dancehall singer Buffalo Souljah and Ghanaian dancehall artist Shatta Wale has now turned into a full blown war. The two musicians are still at each other’s throats with a slight change in that other artists have now been sucked into the saga.

It all started when Shatta Wake made a pronouncement that he was the king of dancehall in Africa. Buffalo Souljah had proceeded to challenge him. This sparked a heated war of words between the tow artists. Insults were hurled and diss songs composed. Buffalo Souljah however seemed to have emerged victorious after calling on the people to vote for their artist of choice. He was even acknowledged on Ghana radio station as the ultimate winner.

In the latest development, Shatta Wale took to Twitter to tell Buffalo souljah that his Wale’s son in musical circles, Vibes had called Buffalo a pussy. Buffalo merely laughed off at the insult and remarked that it was because Wale had lost the battle that he was now looking for reinforcement from other artists.

He however, challenged fellow Zimbabwean artists to be his reinforcements. Buffalo said that he was nominating Nutty O and Enzo ishall as his own tag team for the battle. He said that artists ought to stand together on solidarity when faced with such issues. He also dared his followers to nominate who they thought could be his private army in the fight.

Buffalo stated,” Don’t let self hate blind you from the vision”. He has been calling on local artist to work together in putting Zimbabwean music on the global map.
