1 Steaming

Steaming is a great way of cooking vegies as it maintains their nutrients and flavour. You can simply use a steamer and enjoy. Vegetables that are great for this method include broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and peas.

2 Sauteeing

This involves cooking them in very little oil or butter until their colour pops. Sauteeing is a great way of incoporating other flavours into vegetables as it involves seasoning with different spices and herbs. Almost all vegetables can be sauteed.

3 Grilling

This is guranteed to give you a delicious plate of veggies. Grilling is also good because it imparts a smoky flavor to the vegetables.
