Misred congratulates Nomzamo Mbatha on Eddie Murphy collabo

Zimbabwean television host and media personality Misred recently congratulated South African presenter and actress Nomzamo Mbatha on her latest collabo with American actor Eddie Murphy. She is set to appear in the sequel to popurlar 1988 movie “Coming to America”.

Although Mbatha’s role is still being kept under wraps, it has been confirmed that she is part of the star studded cast to feature in the movie. Other actors in the new offering include Eddie Murphy who will reprise his role as Prince Akeem, Arsenio Hall, James Earl Jones and John Amos. The classic comedy is expected to be given a new lease of life by featuring The beautiful and talented Mbatha. Misred was clearly happy for her fellow media personality and wrote in her Twitter, “Look at this African queen WINNING!!!Yessssss Zamo! His grace is ever sufficient” to which Mbatha responded ,”My sisterrrrr!! Thank you!!!

Nomzamo is one of the most phenomenal women in Africa and has previously been roped in by UNICEF. She has had her acting skills perfected by getting roles in South African telenovelas such as Isibaya and popurlar series Umlilo. She was nominated for the Africa movie academy award for best actress for her role in Tell me sweet something. Her Hollywood debut is expected to market African talent and elevate her status.

The Coming to America sequel is expected to open in theatres in December 2020. Fans are eagerly awaiting its release as they prepare to see their very own Mbatha take on Hollywood.
