3 Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Ensure you do it in the morning and at night.
4 Floss your teeth at least once everyday. This helped in eliminating residue and dirt that will be stuck in between your teeth. Your toothbrush is not able to penetrate deep into such areas.
5 Rat a teeth friendly diet. Avoid highly acidic foods that may erode tooth enamel. Eat foods such as vegetables, fruits and chicken. Avoid sodas, sweets and tobbacco as these may lead to oral cancer or stain your teeth.
