Roki’s Ex Wife Ventures Into Music And Takes On A New Name

Melody Musekiwa has been known as a dancer as well as one of Roki’s wives but few have taken time to see the talent. Popularly known as ‘Mama chocolate’ or just Melo, the petite dancer has shown the world a different side of her. She released two singles ‘Byron na Wayne’ and ‘Zesa’ under the new name ‘Female Bhuru’.

Earlier this year the now singer featured as well as released single produced by Take Fizzo. She released the Afro Pop single ‘Anondida’, ‘Hurt No More’  and featured on the Hip Hop track ‘Mhondoro’.

Her first mainstream recognized singles under her new mantra are titled ‘Byron naWayne’ and ‘Zesa’.

Female Bhuru spoke to the Herald and described what both tracks mean. She said ‘Byron na Wayne’ tells a story of a female hustler who has it tough and has to thrive in a hard environment to make it. 

‘Zesa’ was inspired by the challenges in her life. The story follows how a woman is guaranteed to find answers in the toughest places. She is independent, fears no one and has no competition because she is in a league of her own.

A new name and a new direction in a creative career, Female Bhuru has taken the guide of veteran, super producer Take Fizzo. This is an exciting side to the young artist.
