Baba Tencen heaps praises on warriors

Comedian Baba Tencen of the Kuripwa kugara fame could not hide his joy and excitement at the warriors win against Congo on Sunday. He made a skit praising the national team for an excellent performance during the Afcon qualifier match.

Baba Tencen ecstatically relived the moments Kama Billiat and Knowledge Musona scored their respective goals. He poetically narrated how the warriors had ravaged their poor victims and exhibited talent that their opponents were no match for. Baba Tencen even broke into dance and song as he narrated the events of the day.

Baba Tencen simply uttered the sentiments of the whole nation. Indeed soccer fans who were rallying behind the national team were thrown into a frenzy as the warriors despatched Congo on a 2 nil scoreline at the national sports stadium. The warriors then secured a place at the coverted Afcon tournament.

Baba Tencen sarcastically argued Congo Bfazzaville left the country with swollen heads to the point that their plane became overloaded. Baba Tencen congratulated the warriors for a good show of strength and unity as they made history.
