The 42 year old seems to be aging backwards and could put 20 year olds to shame. Sonia said she feels confident in her body and is loving the progress she has made so far. She claimed she was not able to hit the gym the whole of last year due to an injury. She however asserted that she has been working out like crazy hence the hot bod.
