Mambo Dhuterere reaffirms message on staying faithful

Mambo Dhuterere is still preaching his mantra. People should stay faithful to each other. The singer recently took social media to castigate fellow men for not sticking to their marriage vows. He said the bet defence against the corona virus scourge that has bedevilled the world is partners staying true to each other.

Mambo caused a stir last year when he issued a stern warning to people against infidelity. He said people should desist from such temptation. The singer received a lot of backlash with some labelling him as backward. They said staying faithful has since lost value.

A few, however sided with the singer and said people should take heed of his message. Mambo is very much in love with his wife whom he often parades at events and gatherings. The two sing together. Fellow celebrities had joined in the social media debate with some reiterating his message.

Mambo rose to fame last year after releasing a string of hit songs. His songs are contemporary traditional church songs with a modern twist. The singer has collaborated with the likes of Mathias Mhere, Seh Calaz, Charles Charamba and several others. He has released songs such as Mweya ndisesekedze and Reurura earning him a top spot in the entertainment industry.

Mambo even won the Permican awards last year. Hopefully with the issue of quarantine, couples will heed Mambo’s call to stay faithful and help combat the spread of the deadly virus
