Nadia Nakai accused of being too frisky new video

Nadia Nakai received a spate of hate comments following the release of her new video 40 bars. The award winning rapper at least had some support from dancehall artist Buffalo Souljah as the nasty comments flooded social media.

Nadia was lambasted for promoting nudity and for being too frisky in the video. Most comments were from fellow Zimbabweans and Buffalo Souljah highlighted that it is deplorable for people not to show support to one of their own. He said this is the reasons why most local people fail to make it big, they simply do not support each other.

Nadia has emerged as one of the best rappers in South Africa and has even earned awards for her work. The video has actually been positively reviewed in South Africa where she is based unlike in her own home country. It also features big names in the hip hop industry such as Emtee. Nadia, who is good friends and signed with Cassper Nyovest has however never been deterred by such comments over the years. She has continued to rise up the ladder even with sub nasty remarks on her back.

Buffalo Souljah has always been on the forefront in terms of advocating for artists to unite. Last year, he called on local dancehall artists to rally behind him in his social media war against African heavyweight Shatta Walima.

Nadia also received criticism from her fellow countrymen after the release of her album Naked Nadia last year. The cover, which showed a truly naked Nadia on the cover. The album went on to earn her an award at the South African hip hop awards where she was named the best female rapper of the year.

Nadia is not even scared if flaunting her assets. She goes all out in the recent video and seems unperturbed by negative comments
