Lloyd Chigowe gives Dynamos hope

Dynamos head coach Lloyd Chigowe has given Dynamos fans hope of a dramatic revival after the glamour boys got the better of caps united in  a Charity challenge cup encounter at the national sports stadium on Sunday.

There was huge concern Dynamos could become a laughing stock ahead of the 2019 season but a strong performance against Caps United served to illustrate the great work that is being done at the club behind the scenes.

Captain Edward Sadomba led the way for the glamour boys after turning back the hands of time by breaking loose down the left hand side before cooly rounding off Caps United’s goalkeeper before slotting in the opener. Exciting DRC import Mangala Ngandu ensured Dynamos of a comfortable lead after emulating Edward Sadomba by rounding off Makepekepe’s goalkeeper before doubling dembare’s lead from a tight angle.

Dynamos did not get carried away and exhibited discipline in the second half of a contest which ended in a 2-0 win for Dynamos who gave their fans hope they could live up to Lloyd Chigowe’s hopes of challenging for the 2019 premier Soccer League title.

Dynamos have virtually a new team after losing the services of the majority of their players at the end of the 2018 season. Kudzanai Dhemere, Simbarashe Chinani, Godfrey Mukambi and Tawanda Macheke are the only survivors but the new crop that has come in is showing great potential. Edward Sadomba has also come in with the wisdom that the glamour boys so dearly needed and Duduza’s experience abroad could be telling in the 2019 campaign.
